Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Pricing Structure
For Schools & Colleges:

Annual membership: £150 per establishment

This provides full access for all staff and students at the registered site for the stated academic year.
For Individual Learners:

One-time access fee of £25
-
Valid for the stated academic year.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:

BACS (bank transfer) — details provided on invoice

Purchase Orders — for schools and public sector partners

Credit/debit card — for individual users (via secure payment portal)
Access is granted once payment is received or a valid purchase order is submitted.
Payment Terms
For Institutions (Schools/Colleges):

Invoices are due within 30 days of issue

Late payments may result in restricted access

Renewal reminders are issued 30 days before expiry
For Individuals:

Payment is due at point of purchase

Access is activated immediately after payment
Refund Policy
For Schools & Colleges:

All subscription fees are non-refundable once platform access has been activated

In exceptional cases (e.g. administrative error), refunds may be considered at our discretion
For Individual Learners:

A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase, provided the platform has not yet been accessed

Once access is used (e.g. logging in, downloading resources), fees become non-refundable
